thems better pics !!! is the parts youve polished the only parts that will be visible when fitted ? just for reference when i do mine.

im a little better at it now (i think), that was my first attempt at polishing but im learnig from my mistakes

i use a powerfile to get through the cast so hopefully it shouldnt take too long, it took me 60 hours to do the engine covers on my car but i didnt know anything about polishing then so i started with 80 grit sandpaper and worked down to 1200 grit (never again lol) http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e362/daz2206/P1010039.jpg

i didnt really want to subscribe as i own a r32 gtr not a 300zx, i was just trying to help out a friend by buying a plenum to save him having his z off the road while i polish it for him. il email him and get him to sort it as he is already registered i think.
