Dorset Japanese Car Show: Sunday 2nd August 2009
Just one week left for advance ticket sales and club bookings! http://www.dorsetjapanesecarshow.co.uk/clubs.html If you buy in advance and state the club name to which you belong providing there are 10 or more you will automatically be grouped together on your own stand! You can just turn up on the day and buy tickets on the gate and still exhibit your car if you wish in the spacious 'Japanese Parking' area. There will be ample room so you won't have to worry about doors getting knocked or anything like that! It's looking to be an awesome day with more clubs and people buying tickets by the hour!! What more could you want from a show!!! 100's of superb Japanese cars & bikes on display, 6 live bands playing, Funfair with rides and amusements for all ages, climbing wall, bouncy castles, face painting for the kiddies (and the less mature adults!!), Rolling road supplied by RE:Worx for dyno runs, Fire Brigade rescue demonstrations, Show & Shine Comp, Traders, Great food & drink, Licensed bar... something for everyone be they 2 years old or 80 years old!! This will be a cracking day out and I look forward to seeing you there. STOP PRESS: While it may not be to everyone’s taste there is no denying a truly unique eye catching vehicle is going to be raffled at the event. For the small price of just £20.00 per ticket you could be driving away at the end of the day in the one off 'HELLBOUND' !!! For more info look here: http://www.dorsetjapanesecarshow.co.uk/hellboundraffle.html

Dorset Japanese Car Show: Sunday 2nd August 2009
Ok guys, I see there are 10 of you interested. Any one of you can kind of take control of this. You can each buy your own tickets via the website if it makes it easier for you: http://www.dorsetjapanesecarshow.co.uk/booking.html just enter the exact club name where prompted and you will all be allocated space together (providing there are 10 cars) If there are fewer than 10 cars you will more than likely still be able to park together in the 'Japanese Parking' area. The site accepts debit and credit cards as well as paypal. If possible I would like someone to complete and return the official booking form with any additional info I may need and also so I personally have a point of contact within the your club. Booking Form: http://www.dorsetjapanesecarshow.co.uk/Club-Booking-Form.pdf Let me know if you have any queries: djccadmin@ntlworld.com 07980 167892 Cheers, Rob. :)

Dorset Japanese Car Show: Sunday 2nd August 2009
NEW - Due to popular demand! If your club has fewer than 10 exhibitors then you will still be able to exhibit your cars at the show. In a slight change to previous plans there will now be a "Japanese Parking" area within the showground for everyone and anyone to exhibit their cars. The 'Japanese Parking' area will be set within the showground and is open for anyone to exhibit their cars or motorbikes. People purchasing tickets on the day may exhibit within the 'Japanese Parking' area but cannot reserve space within the area and space will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Advance ticket sales have also been extended until the 19th July 2009. Please visit the website and check out whats going on!! http://www.dorsetjapanesecarshow.co.uk Rob.

Thanks for the support guys. I've just got confirmation that we will have a mobile Dyno at the event for power runs and also should have the Fire Brigade doing rescue demonstrations for something to look at. Dorset Japanese Car Show: Sunday 2nd August 2009
I would like to invite all members of this club to the first annual Dorset Japanese Car Show (DJCS). The show is to take place on Sunday 2nd August 2009 at the Canford Park Arena near Poole in Dorset. With over 100 car clubs invited it's going to be a car packed day with the finest Japanese cars from the last 40 years on display. If 10 or more of you come along you will be given your own club stand area or alternatively if there are fewer than 10 you can still exhibit your cars on the 'Mixed Club' stand which will be within the show ground! There will be loads to do and see from fairground rides to climbing walls to a large range of traders offering special bargains! For more information and club stand/ticket bookings please take a look at the DJCS Website. The website will be updated on a very regular basis so please do check in regularly to see how things are going! If any members from the club would like to take control of organising a club stand then providing the club admin is happy for you to do so then please do go ahead via the 'Clubs' page on the DJCS Website. I hope to hear from you soon! Regards, Rob Edwards. Dorset Japanese Car Club - Director.

DJCC BBQ!: Sunday 16th September
DJCC Lunchtime BBQ!: Sunday 16th September With the ever expanding attendance of the Dorset Japanese Car Club Sunday pub lunch meets it has become increasingly difficult to locate a suitable venue to host them so finding a new venue for the next was not an easy task! However! I have secured Drusilla's Inn on Sunday the 16th September for a day to remember! Drusilla's Inn is a beautiful country pub in picturesque surroundings. They are able to offer a fully served private BBQ comprising of Burgers, sausages, chicken and ribs served with a salad buffet. We will also be provided with a private bar area with seating in addition to the outside area. If the weather is bad the BBQ would still be cooked and the food served in the back bar area that we would have full private use of. There is a large private parking area for approximately 200 cars so we are opening the invitation to all Japanese car owners to come along and enjoy the day! I personally ate there a couple of weeks back and the bar food was superb so I can only imagine that the BBQ would be of the same caliber! To confirm the booking I need advise them of the number of people wishing to eat 7 days prior to the date. To avoid being stung by people putting thier name forward and then not attending I am as of now I am taking payments to cover your place(s)!. To book your place(s) please follow the link show below which will redirect you to a payment option where you can pay using either credit/debit card or paypal. Please ensure you select how many people you require to eat and print out the reciept document. Once you have made your payment you will be directed to a reciept page that you will need to print out as your proof of purchase to be presented on the day. If you are not interested in joining the BBQ there is an option of ordering food at the bar, we would love to see you all there! This will be a great way to finish the summer season so lets make it a big one!!! :) Location: Drusilla's Inn Wigbeth Horton Wimborne Dorset BH21 7JH Location Map If you require more than one food ticket please ensure you change the 'Qty' to the correct number when ordering. You will be required to produce your payment reciept on the day as proof of purchase so please ensure you print off a copy and take it with you to avoid disappointment! Click Here to order and make your payment. (all payments are non-refundable.) See you there! Rob.
