Yeah its the square metal box on the left, the engine one is on the right. Unscrew the bolt first, and dont do it up too tight when you replace it

First of all try disconnecting the autobox ECU connector in the pass footwell, and reconnecting it, mine wasnt clicked in right once and the autobox didnt like it :nono:

Dont quote me but I remember hearing that manual ecu in an auto is ok, but auto in a manual isnt. Or is it the other way round? :confused: Sorry bud thats no use :D

LOL Yeah the missus nagging in the background ("dont get sparks on my car etc... " lol) doesnt help does it! I did that same job at Billing last year and Cos had a magical screwdriver which removed it, when none of mine would work lol. I think the water gets under there and rusts the screws, bad design
