Well we solved the problem, it was my crank angle sensor not adjusted correctly. So the problem was a bad cpu.

My 93 Non Turbo manual 300zx, the car won’t start.. We replaced the crank angle sensor with another used one. And bench tested the PTU. When the problem first started, it just wouldn’t get a spark. We first replaced the crank angle sensor. After checking everything else I replaced the CPU with a used one. After doing that the car would start for one to two seconds. We checked the fuel pressure after the pressure regulator and it is good. At this point, I’m wondering if I still have a bad CPU. And was wondering if anyone knew how to bypass the CPU to allow it to run or if anyone has had this issue.

we also are not getting the fuel injectors to activate. However, the fuel pump is working. My 1993 Z 32 was running fine and I turned the engine off and went to start again and it would not start. We have replaced the crank angle sensor with a with a used one and also tested it and it appears to be working. The fuel pump is working. The TPU also appears to be working when doing a bench test. we checked the the ECU and red error code 11 and 13, or refers to the crank angle sensor circuit and cylinder head temperature circuit. I get a 5v reading out of the CAS then gets interrupted when spun by hand, but the injectors are not firing. I has 12v to the coil packs aswell. So in my opinion it leaves the ECU, can it be diagnosed any other way? Thank you for any help.
