  2. Hello again guys, Ahhhhhhh a Sunday and another problem with the Z !!!!!! The car was running perfect until the fuel pump started whining and then all sorts of funny running, then cut out and wouldnt start for about 1 hour (very inconvenient) as i was stuck on a duel carrige way doh ! Then on the way home finew one mintue and then the pump starts whining and again funny running I was thinking that it my be from fuel starvation but any pointers and how much is a fuel pump and is it easy to replace myself ? thanks again for reading.
  3. Thanks guys but i just like the idea of being a bit different , i know it wont be to everyones taste but i think im going to give it a go
  4. You can use the manifold from the nissan cedric which was a single turbo vg30det and my turbos are on the way out, so a) thought i would try something different and b) i do an awful lot of round town driving and i find a laggy setup works well for me. + one turbo is cheaper than 2 thanks
  5. ah ok thanks, so roughly if i was going for a single turbo what sort of thing would be good for a proper 400bhp thanks.
  6. So a total of 30 psi really, if a single turbo was to match the power it would need to push out 30 psi ? thanks
  7. Sorry all round? is that 15psi each ? thanks James
  8. Just a quick question guys, i am running 15psi, does that mean 7.5 psi per turbo or 15psi each ?? Sorry if this seams a stupid question lol
  9. post a pic up when you get it fitted mate
  10. 2 months or so
  11. these wheels are great check out my sig, just for your info these wheels are made by ruff racing in the US and re branded here. You do need spacers check my original post. I can rec these wheels
  12. you need to take the flywheel off to get to the seal, if your after a clutch dont buy one from america, i bought one from z1 motorsports and they shafted me by selling me an rps street clutch with a normal clutch plate !!! speek to smithy he is as good as they get and will look after you on a new clutch. I dont evny you getting all this sorted is a pain in the arse. good luck
  13. How much is mad expensive ? considering i am going to have to fork out for 2 new turbos soon the cost might not be that mad. and as for the wing it is a bomex one and came with the car from japan but i belive you can still get them. thanks
  14. ok hear is a different spin on things what would be involved to make mine a single turbo set up ? cost effective >?
  15. thanks, i am getting a bit lost in tech i think its a bit above my skill level, what would be really ideal is to hand my zed over to someone who could do the conversion lol. mr vvl do you mean the manifold from a vg30det or the z32 motor. thanks
  16. would you be interested in fitting one for me ?
  17. it might be you rear main crank seal leaking a small amount of oil on the clutch and as the car warms up it is burning it off. Same thing was happening to mine. Clutch seal is about £6 but gearbox out to fit it. hope this helps
  18. cool i wonder how much someone would charge, i am only suggesting this as i am sick of working in the engine bay and cutting my hands e.t.c and my turbo seals are on the way out and i thought engine out anyway might aswell ?
  19. who would be able to do it for me any ideas ??
