Hi Erik, I have "the latest and the greatest" , I installed it the day before we went to Calais. Now, 2000 miles later, the box (sometimes) makes a crunching noise when shifting fom 4 to 5. So I have my doubts about the 32010-45P61. Peter

I don't want to say that its not possible to make either the Supra or R34 box fit our Z's but it will be a hell of a job. I think we can use a 300ZX automatic bell housing but then we still have to make a very complicated adapter plate between the auto bell housing and the Getrag box. I first have to see and disassemble the Getrag box befor I can say if all is possible.

I have looked into it, and yes, you only need to modify the prop fittings and bell housing. But the bell housing is about half the gearbox, same problem with the R34 box. It will cost a small fortune to manufacture half the gearbox housing. Attached 2 pictures, R34 box and 6 speed Supra box

First I want to say that, despite of all the waiting and other troubles, I enjoyed my stay and driving in France/Belgium with the Z friends from the UK, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands very much. It was nice to meet Topless and Chunk and spent the Friday evening together with them and Marco in Dinant. I was the one at the front, average speed was 80-90 mph but we NEVER exceded 100 mph. Also no one ever give us a sign that we where driving to fast. We might have saved a lot of annoyance if the organiser of the UK crew has shared some phone numbers with us.

Almost true, its the first SWB ever to come out of the Strosek factory. This car belongs to my friend Marco, he will swap his JUN stroker engine in the Strosek next winter.
