  1. iv got kahns, 17's on ebay with a few decent tyres on but wud'nt last much longer that a few months probibly, might get 6 mths or so out of a couple of them. im after 200 for them, top notch nice wheels. slight kerbing on a few but still look the dogs when on the car. they r 17 7.5 8.5 and will take 235 or 245 f and 255 or 265 back. go c at ebay under user name, shadyblokemcc or shadyblokemcc's shady shop. or look 4 300zx alloys.
  2. also dont think they knew about vac pipe so that to is prob wots wrong with it
  3. im told that its because there's to much of an air mixture getting in threw the engine, is that possibly why its going like it is also told that its not a cylinder cause it wouldnt start to do anything till after about 5 mins of running so as to give it time to warm up.
  4. can anyone tell me why removing the aiv pipes that go into ur exhausts either side make ur car run badly and not sit idle. my car wont run well atall and it wont sit without me putting a slight rev on it. why does this affect the engine and is it maybe possible that iv got a cylinder on the go and its not really the aiv pipes under my car that wer cut off thats making it run badly. car runs ok when giving it some after about 5 or 10 mins but it still spluters a bit and still dosent sit idle. cheers
  5. yea both have been cut and one was left hanging. the thred u put up that i looked at showed exactly what it was that was removed from under the car, (aiv pipes) i had s/s system fitted from manifolds to back box and they wer de'cated, straight threw system. hopefully that's what's causing the problem so i can get it sorted. was running fine b4 i got work done and after it started to go like this and keeps on dying out on me.
  6. i think uv hit the nail on the head mate thanks for that, will leave in to garage asap and c wot they say, also taking computer to show them exactly wot it is so no hangups this time. cheers.
  7. I Had New Manifolds And Down Pipes Fitted On My 91 300 Non Turbo But When I Came To Get It From The Garage That Done The Work I Found Pipes Hanging From Under The Car Up Near The Engine Which Were Then Cut Off. I Was Told They Went From The Engine To The Exhausts On Either Side And Now That Their Gone The Car's Been Getting Worse By The Day And It Wont Sit Idle And Keeps Losing Power When Im Driving. After A While It Takes Off But Still Chugs And Spluters Every So Often. Why Is My Baby Not Well And Is It Going To Be Exspensive To Fix? Plz Help Me As Im Going Mad And All Out Of Ideas, Its Up For Mot On Fri Aswell. Cheers Yall.
  8. shadyblokemcc@hotmail.co.uk shadyblokemcc ---ebay site--- or look for kahn alloys for 300zx in ebay and thats me

  10. alright mate i think u r the guy who was lookin at my powerflow exhausts on ebay under shadyblokemcc. i c that they wouldnt b of any use to u after all. bad luck but dont give in yet ull find something im sure, iv spent over 10 big on my car and im still not finished yet and iv only bought the thing last april, hard to keep these beggers eh. im having problems with the new s/s exhausts and manifolds i fitted but i will preveil im sure of that.
  11. got a load of new parts fitted and when iv got car bac it is'nt running just the same, i got new s/s exhausts from manifolds to back boxess and the down pipes on the old system had pipes that used to go into the engine im told but the new exhaust down pipes dont have the same connections on them for pipes to be coming from engine to them and so wer cut off. my car keeps cutting out now and it didnt do that b4 i had this new s/s system fitted and also its losing some power when im driving along, also had new battery fitted cos it was not starting and after the new battery went in it started well but kept cutting out, now it wont start any more unless i get a jump. why is this happing to my baby and can it be sorted with a new alternator or do i need to find out about those pipes that wer cut from under the car that went from exhaust downpipes to engine. its not to bad wen im driving along and giving it some but at low speed its chuging away and wen im at lights its dying on me :(  plz help as iv failed mot and i need it sorted b4 this thursday coming as its needin to b booked in b4 then to get it cheaper than full test again, cheers ya all.
  12. :headvswal iv bought loads of new parts for my 300zx and i live in the top part of n. ireland but i cant seem to find any good performance mechanics here to fit all my new parts and its been due up for mot on 4th of this month so im kinda keen to get the work done a.s.a.p. some of the things i need doing are, new clutch and flywheel, new exhaust front to back hole thing, cranck shaft pulley, belts, disc brakes, rear subframe bushess and more. so you see i need some1 who no's what there doing to my baby, no cowboys aloud near. not looking to have to go to far as the car isnt really road worthy but is perfectly running fine it just sounds like a tank at moment, beside that its fine im just wanting to give it a nice load of new parts and reduice some weight and give it some more power wer can. :headvswal
