  3. Yeah i bought a brand new one in 2001 i rode it to southern spain / ireland clocked up 6000 miles in 10 months. I cant fault the mille,s fast, comfy, and handle well and it never missed a beat. All my mates bought r1,s at the time but i wanted to be different and despite the hype the mille will keep with them and at the end of a good blast you will still be comfy[ not having to stop every hour for a stretch ]
  4. Ive had fireblade x2 rsv mille gsxr 750 zx6r 250lc and a few others my advice is buy the best you can afford ive been down the road with the leathers and helmet to prove and thay saved a lot in damage to me [ cheap is no good when your life depends on it ]

  22. I think the legal side of it is, if your are registered self employed /inland revenue/accountant you should be ok . The problem is any one can say they are a mechanic with a garage and the insurance will take your money of you.
  23. All this talk of traders policys is all well and good until something goes wrong if your not a dealer/trader. A quality insurance broker will ask for proof of this before takeing your money ,a lot of traders policys are worthless when you read all the small print
