Hi Jeff & Lynda, so sorry to hear this and to hear how stressful this has been for you both. Nothing worse than false promises! Well they always say things happen for a reason. I hope something really good comes out from all of this in time to come for you both, you both deserve it. In the meantime we are all lucky to have Zedworld back under your control. Mines hanging from the top interior fan vent! Been there since i got it...

Another fantastic day! Well done Rich for organising another successful meet... Me and the wife enjoyed the show and the walk around the museum, house and lovely gardens... Great to meet up with familiar faces and members we haven't met before... All the Z's looked fantastic... Great pictures.... Hi Vijay, I'm in the same boat as you. Mines rented from 1st Sep onwards and I had to change my mortgage from a residential to a consent to let. I've taken out landlords insurance and bear in mind you have to pay tax on the rental income. The bills are the responsibility of the tenant(s). I will also put some cash aside each month to cover any maintenance etc. hope this helps a bit! Not done this before myself so treading new ground... :)
