I remember using a piece of software called (video piggy), that enabled u to capture and store you tube vids but the trial version only let u capture about 30 seconds

unsure how much it costs for full version , hth :D

there is a way to do it from the scripting, but i can remeber, there is also a program called tubehunter, its handy :D

not sure which version does what dude. Go to realplayers site get the latest one just in case. when you install it go through all the options you can set it to download vids to a directory of your choice also can be set to have a pop up flag over the video window of youtube etc to have a popup flag that says download video? works a treat

If you watch youtube in Internet explorer, IE caches the video to your "temporary internet files" folder. Just copy the video file from the said folder and rename it to anything you like, but use the extension .flv. Most new video players should play flv's.
