Yep it was posted under the subject. Looking for a good bodyshop.

$750 (or 428.735 GBP) seems a bit cheap for all this:

"Front lip brackets for stability.

Rear lip brackets for stability.

Sideskirts, cut, fiberglass, and re-shape - 3 hours each.

4040 epoxy will be used to stabilize the sideskirt to vehicle.

Sideskirt may be removed if needed.

Work completed will not affect the fitment of OEM sideskirt."

You pay a high price, you get a good job.... pay a cheap price, you get a cheap job.

You pay a high price, you get a good job.... pay a cheap price, you get a cheap job.

Unfortunately this is not true when talking about bodywork.

Been there done that kinda thing.....:(

My advice to anyone is find someone you can TRUST.

:D :duffer:

Jesus H Christ! What on earth? That is unbelievable that someone handed the car back looking like that, let alone going that route to fix a kit to a car. I've seen similar done to a Z32, but not to this level. That's shocking. I can do a better job and I'm not a professional bodyshop!

It reminds me of a 17 year old kid, earning £90 a month stacking shelves at Asda who's saved up all his money and bought a 99p bodykit off ebay for his Corsa that he then spent the next evenings (when he wasn't doing homework) fitting with his retarded friends with wood and nails!

I love the use of bits of snapped wooden strips:rofl::rofl: and self tapping wood screws!!

Strangely enough, Z32s have a wooden panel inside them....as well as a compressed wood/glue composite. LOL But yeah, using wood to shim out panel work is just the absolute pits!

Reminds me of the old Dutton Sierra kit cars that were made of chip-board, nails, glue and fibreglass!

Feckin' hell-Iv'e done better with a rattle-can!

Sorry but he deserves a right:mac1: for that!!:xxx:

and don't use anyone I have!! lol

I was going to say, it all looks a bit like vijays car :slap:

I read through all of that, and TBH it is down right ridiculous! Even for that kind of money its outrageous! I am certain i could do ten times better than that!!!

I find it hard to believe that a bodyshop would even contemplate handing a vehicle back in that condition!

thats quite upsetting, if someone did that 2 mine then i can assure you he would have no business left afterwards

Poor person, that company deserves to be shutdown

Im sure he has been told many times, if you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

Regardless of the price, the work done is disgraceful, no wonder he wanted to just his car out of there.

The wood shims are great, but i cant believe the amount of WOODSCREWS that have been used on the sideskirts, looks like a toddler has been using his dads tools.

If it was me i would be fuming and declaring world war 3.

Not good.........
