I do not order the cards for the packs one by one, I wait until there is a batch of at least 5 or more - or it wastes my time and the printers time.

Hi, i pm'd you a while ago regarding a membership pack, think the only thing i left out the information i sent you was my membership number as i looked through the list 2or 3 times and couldn't see it?
