I play online on Call Of Duty 4, what servers do you guys play in. I am in the United Band Of Brothers Free For All and Sniper servers and also The Metal-Headz sniper server.

Thats weird Steve I have had no problems adding any IP's. I only normally access servers from my fav's page as the sniper servers dont come up on the main list. I refresh the list then they are all there. LOL at being killed thats the name of the game.

The thing just loaded and all i could do was look around, didn't see who killed me or anything, i was waiting for something else to happen, never even got a shot off lol. I just shut it down and left lol.

Maybee that was another sniper who shot you lol thats why u never seen him. Normally u dont see much of the people who shoot you ya just gotta be quick and try and get them 1st.

Still venturing into this now and again, it takes a bit of practice and patience to avoid being constant canon fodder.

 

I think I prefer the main game though! but that is plaugued by cheats with aimbot at the moment.

 

John I havent seen you on the servers for a couple of weeks are you hiding ......and I think youve got the who kills who round the wrong way :)

I have been in the server more than likely every night (man i need a life) but recently I have been on 'The Old Breed' sniper server for a bit as well for a change. I have only experienced 1 guy with an aimbot on a sniper server and it was a nightmare, he actually emtied the server. See you in my sights lol.

I'm going to try and log on just now (same username)

Its still doing it, i tried adding it again and it said already exists i've hit refresh but it still doesn't display the server, i've tried pressing join server but nothing also.

I can start new server and select weapons and run about and shoot, any ideas why i can't get onto the ip metal-heads one.

Steve more than likely I am warbling but at the top before u join a game u can click through choices, Favourites is one, I think internet is another. Some of the servers u have added wont list unless its on favourites. But I guess you know that already and was thiunking thats why the servers dont come up and u get that message.

Yes, changed source to favourites i've refreshed but its not displaying anything, when i try to add it again it says it already exists, i've just went through all of the "internet" servers and i can't see one called metal heads, i can join them so i know i have a connection.

Hi John, i noticed earlier in the thread you said you are on the sniper servers, i don't have any sniper server option. I have all, free for all, domination, search and destroy, sabotage, team deathmatch and head quarters.

yeah steve thats right m8 but when you add to your favourites list the ip added doesnt go into the full list. As I said above click 'source' then change it to favourites and u should see the metal-headz ip that u added. Hopefully thats whats stopping you see it. I think its team deathmatch but cant say why the sniper servers dont come up.

I just logged into a team deathmatch sniper game, do you just shoot everyone as i assumed the guys dressed like me were on my side lol. Also when i click source nothing showing in my list even when i click refresh although when i'm skipping through source for a split second its showing one save.

LOL usually the guys dressed like you are in youyr team, nomally u cant change sides on the map, there will be a minefield or river that u cant cross. Its a nightmare to start but you will soon get the hang of it.
