For those that are free and fancy a pint and some live music...our next gig is this Saturday at The Actress and Bishop in Birmingham, just off St Pauls Square near the Jam House.

 

A well known venue on the Birmingham gig scene we're on at 8:30 and playing for the first time since our line-up change after our last gig at the end of July.

 

Our new guitarist is phenomenal and it's going to rock ;)

 

If you're free, come along...there's a whole line-up on that night so you won't be short of bands to accompany your pint-age :D ;)

That's great news John! :D TBH mate I certainly wouldn't have held it against you if you didn't as I know you're going through it a bit right now! :(

It's right by the Jewellery Quarter which is a nice part of town (well, nice-ish! :D ;)) and also within spitting distance of Jools Hollands "The Jam House". Haven't stayed in any hotels round there but here's a few I've just pulled off t'internet that are pretty close:

The only downer is I can't make it a late one as usual as I've got to be up at stupid o'clock the next day, probably 11pm/12am curfew at the latest which is a bit of a bVgger.

Nice one! Hope there's no hard feelings with John mate. He played a blinder in the audition and as I said on the phone to him it really was a close run thing between him and Anthony :)

Just wanted to post to say a massive THANK YOU to all those that came along to support us on Saturday!

 

It was a helluva gig and we had an absolute blast! :D

 

Despite me slicing a finger and bleeding everywhere on stage after the second song then proceeding to bust not one but two strings 3 tracks before the end it went above and beyond our expectations!

 

Think we must've done something right as the producer of Ditto Music Live (Thursday on Red TV on SKY channel 186) spoke to me after the gig and invited us to play live on the show...possibly with Marillion or another "name"! Insane! :D
