Due to this, I now have a 4 bedroom house to myself. The house is 3 years old with all the usual, kitchen, lounge, 3 bathrooms, 4 beds, off street parking (two designated spots). Garden front and back.
As mentioned, I have a 2 year old who will be staying with me on a Saturday night, which i am sure wouldnt cause you a problem.
I am looking for a minimum let of 3 months and a maximum of however long you want to stay for.
£300 deposit, £250.00 per month which includes everything except council tax and BT landline.
