hi,

what were the options available on the uk spec when new does anyone know,,

like cd player,electric seats.etc

and if anyone has a uk brochure(series 2)thats downloadable,or selling let me know,

also i thought series 2 had electronic hicas?

am i right or wrong.

Try a search on eBay, there are often brochures for sale. Also elec. HICAS didn't come in until arouind 1994 I think.

I vaguely remember the brochure I had many years ago (Nissan UK) and my disapointment when I discovered that the only optional extra I could purchase was ugly mud flaps or badly matching mats.

Neil, mine is a 94 UK with Hicas. It also came with:

 

CD Player

Electric adjustable and heated seats both sides

cruise control

heated door mirrors

and a 28.5k price tag

Yep, just leather leccy seats and an auto box and metallic paint. List price £36kish in 89!!!

OPTIONS, a chocolate drink for fat bast*rds. I think they come in orange, coffee and chocomint flavours. Quite limited really.

mines a 93,it has 2 leccy heated seats,cd player,heated mirrors,etc

 

its just when some people with zeds get in the car they say" this ones got all the extra's" just wondered what they were maybe i'll ask 'em next time!

Mine's a '92 UK TT with Electric drivers seat (not heated as far as I'm aware!), electric wing mirrors (not heated as far as I'm aware), cruise control, climate control, CD player and tape/radio (now removed), leather seats, HiCAS.

You should have two small switches - one for each side - on the centre consol just about elbow position. There are little pinhole yellow lights that come on but these are a bugger to see. My small daughter regularly steps on them when climbing into the back and this gives one a hot bum.

 

Door mirrors heat up with the rear screen heater on.

Just out of interest, does anyone know if the 91 Jap spec comes with heated mirrors?

Not fair - I have a '92 UK TT & I don't have heated mirrors or seats
