start slow, dont rush into anything, dont pay for any help as you have us.

what is your daily diet like exactly.

what is your goal muscle defination, arnie? or just to stay slim

btw on your pic you dont look overweight at all.

p.s. any stella left send to my add. will pay postage. lol

also it takes 20 min of cardio atleast to kickstart the fat burning mechanism in you body.

remember cardio is not to heart failure or complete exhaustion, enough so you can still carry a convo.

also good to cycle your carb intake.

im just lookin at staying slim ATM, my usual diet is weetabix and apple for breakfast, some type of meat and salad sandwic for dinner (maybe too much lol), and a big tea consiting of what ever i have i freezer, nothing particulary healthy

I know it sounds boring but calorie counting and exercise is the way for me.

well stick with it if its working id say, but you need in a daily diet protein, some carbs, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals etc. and alteast 2 litres of water per day.

and alteast 2 litres of water per day.

Can I just correct that, at LEAST 1.8 litres of fluid from beverages per day and you're aiming for 2.5litres it does not need to be water and avoid excessive water intake as an imbalance in your electrolyte level can and will kill you.

So can I just re-iterate it does not NEED to be water and you should NOT drink 2 litres of water on top of what you normally consume "cos its healthy" you'll just end up worse off.

i drink lots of fluids (and not ust stella lol), if i drink pop i always stick to either diluted robinsons with no added sugar or sugar free and diet fizzy drinks

looks like im going to have to up my excercising

sorry i meant liquids but not red bull or coke unnless its diet coke. water is better i say.

Aye just didn't want Stella going out and drinking 2 litres of water on top of his usual 5 litres of Stella :D

not sure if you're bothered but diet drinks are really bad for your teeth, they errode the enamel :(

yep, no good getting rid of a belly and having no teeth, just not a good look! lol

I stick to either the Robinsons drink you said (40 calories a pint) or fresh fruit smoothies :)

remember reason i said 2 litres is because you might feel thirsty while doing cardio.

i know its only 2 days but hows the cardio and diet doing??

Set yourself realistic targets for what you want to achieve. Lose 3lbs, row for 30mins without fail etc etc.

Definately stay hydrated otherwise you will lose both strength, stamina and motivation!
