Anyone taken these? Whats your experiences.

 

I am on day 10 of the programme and today is my first with 0 cigerettes (so far), I still have pretty bad craving for them, which i though the drug was supposed to get rid of.

 

Side Effects are weird as I had different ones on different days but there copeable.

    I used patches and found them to be great , smoked for 25 years and had three weeks on patches and that was it :dance::dance:, obviously still had cravings but not too bad .

    I gave my spare patches to mantav8 , he tried for a couple of days but started halucinating due to the lack of nicotine , he,s quite a heavy smoker :nono:
