I,ve just bought a BMW X5 on a 05 plate as my daily runner and i cant get the comms pack to work properly.Well the bluetooth mobile phone bit anyway.

Anyone know anything?

I had similar problems with my 54 530d - sony ericcson k800i, according to the forums i read it was because the phone memory had too many entries (i think)... got pissed off messing with it in the end and just put a paug sim in the card slot!

 

As far as I remember, it said you should have phonebook entries on the simcard, and it should work straight away... I got it to search for my phone, paired it with my phone then it just says connecting and never actually connects! Depending on what phone you've got, you can swap the phone cradle to accept your handset...

So i dont even know how to pair the devices.

yep there was a thing about the bluetooth compatibilty but have a look at that e60.net forum its a good one :p
