after 2 years of paying through the roof for what should be a 107000 mortgage, ive finally managed to sort it out and get my monthly payment's down by £200 a month and also managed to pay all the loans i was told to get to save cash:rolleyes:

 

will have a lot of cash to finally aford to get this fookin house sorted lol, also got my credit cards paid off, so that is gonna save me another £70 a month

 

so all in all ive had a good day today, just hope i dont jinx it by typing this lol

 

gonna break my diet and have a drinky poo's tonite, and maybe have a fiflthy gut wrenching mama mia pizza for my tea

well Allan, next year i'm loan free so i'll have £630 spare every month so i can finally take me the wife and the kids on a fantastic holiday and then spend a bloody fortune on the zed :rofl:

just tighneted the belt to pay off me cards, finally got my remortgage sorted, consolidated loans into mortgage and got rid of high interest loans, i got the house cheap so its worth a bit more than im lending (happy days)
