auto box problem

and another one !

diving along at 60 / 70 and whenever I lift of the accelerator the box drops down a gear - the problem doesn't seem to happen when I don't use the overdrive so I'm hoping that there is a sensor or something rather than complete rebuild - it's a pin in the **** on the motorway but no problem round town - has this happened to anyone else ?

As this started the gearbox spat it's fluid, which was replaced within a couple of slow miles but the new fluid has stayed in there althought he problem continues - is there any sort of reset I can do on the electronic controlling the box ?
