I can disagree with that Dan. They have had my failed turbo (450 miles) back with them now for 6 weeks, and they still cannot tell how or why it failed. Shawn Holleman their stores guy stated that he was not prepared to call interstate to find out from the turbo company. During this whole problem of my turbo failure they only contacted either Jimmer or myself once, and that was to request the return of the old unit. They certainly get their priorities right don't they. Well, I have just logged on to 300ZX.com, and we will now see what fellow Americans think about Z1motorsport service.
