Has anyone else had an appalling service from them?

 

I have been emailing and phoning for weeks now and can't get a response to anything. They took my money some weeks ago but still have no stock, I just want to get in touch with them to ask for a refund but when they don't return emails or phone calls it's ******* difficult

    Ive used them a few times and they have been good although Ive never used their after sales service.

    I had crap service, took well over a week to get them. Couldn't get through to anyone. They sent me an email the day they sent them out, saying sorry that they didn't answer my question about them and they still didn't answer my question.
