OK TEchies FTP help

I have my clubs website on a server that does not like Frontpage, so cant access the files to delete them before I move it.

 

anyone know of a program I can use thats got no spywhere in it so I can sort this out?

 

I can view FTP through Explorer I know, but cant edit/delete etc.

    I've been using CuteFTP for the past 12 years. Tried many others buts always end up going back to it.
