HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ref Thread http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/ubbforum/Forum1/HTML/008908.html

I took a policy out with the AA on Wed which covers my car for parts and labour up to a value of £500.

The conversation was recorded. The guy that sold me the policy did not state that there is a 14 day period from the start of the policy of which I can not make a claim. A (cough cough) suporvisor told me this evening that she had listerned to the conversation and confirmed that I was not told this. I am trying to make a claim in the 14 day period of which I didnt know of and they are backing down. Now surly as they have recorded evidence that I was not told about the 14 day period, under some law I should be able to have the work done.

Anyone with any law experience?? its more out of princible now then the bloody car!!

legally you are bound by whatever is said in that phonecall until documentation comes through for you to review, if you have recieved documentation of a written contract then you are not covered.

However if you were not informed of a 14 day grace period and have not had documentation informing you of such then they are legally obliged to cover you
