EOBD/OBD2 Fault Code Reader advice

Can anyone recommend a EOBD/OBD2 Fault Code Reader,been looking at a Gendan one which will suffice for what i need it for but thought id ask on the off chance if anyone knew of any better readers.

    is it just one job you want to use it for or for regular use ?. there are quite a few, but its down to price. mine cost £1k

    i know price is a big factor with these,ive got a van that plays up all the time so borrowed a gendan reader and it did the job

    yeah, theres a lot of cheap one knocking around, but they were no good for what i did. if you need it for one specific vehicle then it dont matter as long as it does what you want it to.
