I dont know how you London guys and gals cope!! 230 quid a week (obviously its the correct amount in London and what the flats worth) but you can rent a flat for 250 a month around here!! The wages must be a lot better!!

£250 a month, fook me if it was like that round here why would anyone buy. obviously we aint much behind london as next door is a 1 bed and its £700month

I think it's time to move the wife and kid in with my parents and rent mine out to make some serious money, especially with the olympics coming.

I was just looking at propeties around london, but after this thread I decided to check sunderland. They are not as cheap as I would have thought.

now im not saying its a dockside penthouse appartment, far from it, its still goes to show the differnce, mind you it is Rotherham, oweing to the fact you would have to pay people to live in this dump as a rule, 250 quid is actually quite expensive lol

jesus thats expensive, i rent a 4 bedroom house with a garage and garden on a brand new estate, all fitted kitchen and bathroom, and 1 bedroom has an en-suite, all this for £595.00 per month.

Looks good bud, if i was in a long enough relationship i'd move back to Chiswick and share that flat!!! Lovely place.

Go down tut poob wit 3 shillin' in yea hand, have a skin full, go tut pie shop on tut way hoome and still have change for yea bus.
