Well assuming Blue goes to blue ive got it but I have 3 of the 5 sorted and the other 2 is simply a 50/50 shot lol

This might help with the aid of a multimeter :

WHITE - 12v LIVE

BLACK/YELLOW - STARTER

BLACK/RED - IGNITION ON

BLUE - ACCESSORY

BLACK/WHITE - NOT SURE?

No Idea what the white and black are either. But out of the 50/50 I have left which is the Blue (Accessory) and White/Black (Unknown) One needs to goto the PIN for Accessory and one goes to PIN for On. So my guess is the Blue (Accessory) needs to goto PIN (Accessory) and White/Black goes to PIN (ON)

Why mess around with wiring when it was going OK one minute and then would not start. I am assuming it turns overs but does not fire, so surely something either has a bad connection (very likely) or you have a component failure, PTU, CAS or most unlikely something to do with the fuel system. I had something similar on a previous Zed and after changing everything except the CAS, and by everything I mean fuel pump, fuel pump ECU, plus the relay and then the fuel filter, fitted a new Mk2 PTU as well and it still would not start. It turned out to be poor connections on the cable between the PTU and the CAS. Use alloy wheel cleaner via a childs type paint brush to clean them up but rinse afterwards with contact cleaner. It certainly sorted my car out.

I had to rewire after its was nearly stolen and wanted to make sure i wired it up correct. Yes i had it running but still wanted to know if it was wired up right and i didnt do something that may have caused the fault.

The CAS connection is poor, the connector is missing the metal clip that is supposed to hold it on, oh and 2 of the bolts also :(
