actually before i could judge i would have to see both in the flesh, i have not seen the GTR but from the pictures i do not find it very stylish!

The good thing abut Datsun's is you certainly don't pay for the name LMAO. They haven't got that luxury. They have to ensure the car is everything it's cracked up to be and more.

That's why I know for a fact it will be the best value super car under 100K anywhere in the word right now.

Now I've just got to decide what second car to buy with the change from the R8 LOL

R8 for looks, GTR for performance. I just can't get my head around how big the GTR is!

Well I like'd the 300zx but not because of its badge! It was the cars styling and performance I liked! Same as the R8 its the only Audi I like and its not because of the badge it wears! :)

Well firstly hats off to Nissan, coz if this is a case of you get what you pay for there really is nothing to compare it (GT-R) too!! Truely awesome.

Nope, the R8 Is just stunning, performance is always a comparitive in Motors, but the R8 really has that something extra when you see it.

 

Someone mentioned waiting for the latest R8 (££££'s more), but should you wait then for the V-Spec GT-R?, GT-R is the choice for pure performance, it has to be. The R8 (At lets not forget almost double the price) would have to be because you just absolutely love it. (IMO)

I'd be interested to see what you can do performance wise to either the R8 or GTR. after all not many people keep the 300zx's stock nowadays.

One of the benefits of owning an old Nissan with a few mods is that both the GTR and the Audi will be looking at its arse end:)
