i met him 1 day prior to him going to the usa i was in an irish bar in cyprus e was with that 10 bellys geezer, i was sat opp' and thought that guy looks like gazza!!!! he was sat next to 2 young kids looked 17 - 20. Me and my ex and a few people a major discussion over it. When i eventually changed their minds, 1 of the guys got up and went over to ask for an autograph he replied he wanted a triple brandy 1st... so he got it wen he came back he didnt say thank you but signed a beer matt 4 him. As soon as he sat down 3-5 other people went over. Any England football fan was a Gascoigne fan . Give the guy some credit . His downfall has been tragic and sad , not despicable . Give him a break .
