probably coche but why bother when you can do it yourself with one letter and keep all your cash?

My sister and brother in law got a load of money back from their bank, they just did it themselves. ;)

How Do You Do It Yourself? Im Thinking Of Doing It But Havent A Clue Where To Start

Not completely sure without asking her, but i believe she just made a few phone calls and spoke to them, i think it was quite easy as it was at its height, on watchdog and the news etc...

My suggestion is give them a quick call first of all and take it from there, it defineately works as she did it for her and her husband, and it was with a few different accounts/banks.

I will ask her for defineate when i see her though and tell you if it was different, however i'm sure someone else will have done it on here and will have a better idea of what to do.

if you browse their forums there is a board dedicated to it with letters.

I got 1200 quid back, as im aware whilst the courts are deciding the legalities of the claims, the cases are being put on hold.

You basically write a letter to the bank requesting the charges be repaid back to you

Unfortunatly if you bank with any of the seven banks and buidling socities that are in court with the OFT and FSA at the moment regarding this, you won't get a refund until after the hearing is finished.

Still send the letters in though, the bank will log them then let you know what they're going to do after the case is finished.

It's expected to last at least a year.

Company that endeavours to reclaim your bank charges.

Anybody used them, or heard anything about them ?

Unless you are talking about reclaiming a shed load of money, they will not be interested as they take a percentage for their services. They are more interested in doing it for businesses who pay a lot of charges.
