never really believed anyone till i got it

thing is now, when i sit for too long or sometimes when i wake up, i get a really sore neck and headaches, i never used to get them till i got wiplash through accidsent no fault of my own

anyone else get this-who has been involved in an accident, makes the £1000 pound compo seem a bit trivia compared to the headaches i get

i think his is the best way although it not certain. but it will take longer for the case to settle. it all depends how he done his claim. when he made the claim he might of been advised as to write down every single bit of loss he has made due to the accident. If your solicitor asked you to mention all the losses you made then it should be ok, but if she just made basic details at the time and you never got to explain all the losses then it might look like it isnt as serious as wow300's claim which will result in less money as she won't have as much to throw at the oppenent. It all depends on how she done her job and wrote down your claim.

Just so you know a wiplash can last longer than a year, my wife had a crash a year before i met her and she still suffers 3 years later. unfortunately she never made a claim before the 2.5 year cut off date so it was gonna be too hard for claim to be processed and proven. I think that alot of doctors think doing a placebo affect on us.

they say you will recover in a year and then you believe it. It is not accurate timing and alot of people will suffer for the rest of their lives with it and pay out loads like my mrs in physio therapy.

I personaly think if their is a way to get more money because of your suffering then put up with the extra time as you ll need every penny for your physio should you need it (even if you only get 500 - 100 more it's surely gonna help out more). Obviously dont refuse to accept offer when your solicitor recommends you accept as this can lead to more troubles and time wasted without getting any extra money

Like i said...... it;s all about gambling really
