its the sentancing thats a joke, there was a case over here this week a 22year old man killed his 11 year old neighbour, then hid his body, joined in the search left the boys parents waiting in agony for 10 days until his body was found, out now after serving 3 years, the judges and justice have a lot to answer for

I cant believe what I read! 3 years for attempted murder after being convicted previously for accesory to murder? People may not agree with the American way of doing things, but they have a little something called the three strikes law (three felonies = life sentence). That M-F would never be on the streets again and would be bleeding out of his A-hole everyday.... (unless he was he Texas where they would execute him). I hate to think what I would do if someone attacked a member of my family like that....

Surely he has proved he has no place in socieoty by doing this for the second time. Either lock him up for good or put him down.

The law sentencing and respect for others in UK amazes me more and more each day. As some are aware i've been living in Germany and Holland for the last few years and i have looked across the water with the feeling of being ashamed of what UK has turned into. The British are just now known as agressive, disrespectful, drunken yobs throughout Europe. I know it's not everyone but as they say 'you are only rememberd for the bad things that you do'. Even the Dutch have all the British police programs that show all the ongoings of the Fri/Sat night drinking. They ask me if thats what its like and i have to answer yes (with a bowed head!!) As said before its the government that has pulled the carpet on discipline within British society. These are the results!!

in 2002 my 16 year old cousin was kicked to death by a 17 year old because he was bored and wanted to show off to his girlfriend. the week before he beat another lad up and left him in hospital yet the police bailed him.

 

when it came to sentencing he got 6 years out in 3 for good behavior. an absolute shock. the defences arguement was it was my cousins head hitting the kerb that killed him not the punches or kicks. his head would not have made contact witht he kerb had it not been for the attack!!!

 

within a year of being out he had beat up a soldier, again for no reason, and put the poor bloke in a coma. he has just been sentenced to 4 years.

I agree that all countries have problems but drugs are allowed here, are there junkies on every corner, NO. Kids are allowed to go down town and drink from the age of 16.Are there fights every few minutes or drunken little tw#ts smashing your property, NO! I see women riding there bikes etc through parks at all hours of the night with no worries of meeting a bunch of drunken shits.

I was watching TV the other week and talk of the problems in Amsterdam were on. Guess, what...........the problems were the Brits getting smashed out their heads on any drug going and creating!!

So why are the problems not occuring???? because there not allowed!!! Police have the final word and its worked. Its not like the big brother culture of UK, where it has been proven that we are the most watched people in the world now. Doesn't the saying go 'prevention is better than cure'. My missus is coming back to UK with me and she has already visited and seen the difference in cultures. She is quite aprehensive about whats safe to do in our known society. Its fookin mad. Its the do good government culture thats done it. Dont forget to give respect to the one who has done wrong. He has human right you know........bo##ocks!! all wrights finish when they act like animals. Treat them like animals!!!!

National Service, simple as, if they dont persue education, get full time employment after school bang them in a boot camp, or send them out to the sticks to learn some discipline and respect.

I think scrotes like this should be put into penal regiments and used for peace keeping duties in the world hot spots. It would teach them to value life and if a few get kill then so what.

 

Other than that I think we need to have organised vigilanty movements to take our streets back and legally be able to club these nasty little Bast**ds to death in public. say every lunch time in the town square. That would soon deswade more little knobs becoming dangerous bigger knobs.
