listening to the radio today and it said that a pint of beer could soon cost 4 quid a pint due to the rise in fuel .....its gonna be cheaper to drink petrol before long

now i dont consider myself old but ( que hovis music ) i remember getting a pint in my local for 60p a bag of chips used to be 35p and a can of coke used to be 40p wtf is going on with this country ..........i say its time for a change

I was in Tescos tonight and found that they`d raised the prices for 18 and 24-can packs of Fosters from their previous offers ; but then I spotted that the 12-packs , which I usually don`t get , were £6.43 . Well , what could a man do ? I invested in four , just to be sure I had enough to keep up with the likes of Andy Duff ( " My Liver`s Had Enough " ) and Stella ( " Give your guts a break , fella " ) . Carling Black Lable is my other swill of choice , depending on price . I love beer price competition in the supermarkets :D
