Have seen this up for sale at with a Trader, apparently it's in good nick but I wanted to get your views on it before I go and start trying to work out whether it's more bollox than boost.

I've spoken to the guy who say's it's an import and has done 70k.

 

Is this a fair price - seems cheap to me! Bit nervous i'm walking into a timebomb....

 

Anyone seen this car knocking about? - it's in Maidenhead.

I spoke to the guy about it too, I was going to go and see it, as I'm looking to buy my first 300TT but it was too far. I was hoping to speak to some of you guys at Billing before I go and look at any.

I am very keen to buy one, but I think I can hold out a few more weeks !

 

I agree this Met. blue one does sound a bit cheap, though there is one for sale in Warwick on the trader site for £3750.

The one in warwick has been for sale for a LONG time (black, import) whan i was looking for my first Z (im on my second now)i saw the one in warwick for £5000 phoned up and the dealer seemed like a bit of a cowboy, a brief inspection showed a shoddy example of a Z. If it's the same one i saw its parked under a corrugated iron kinda thing in black with a body kit on front with a big whole in it the size of a tennis ball. When I first saw this car must of been 6 months ago now, and if its still for sale now it cant be a goodun. If you want to go and look at one in the midlands area mail me and i'll come and have a look with you if you like. If you saw my Z and the price i paid for it you would be pleasantly suprised!

I went to see this ca last sunday (14th) but didnt really like it, generally a bit tacky, didnt like the way the boost gauge only went from -7 - +7 instead of 14, its been deristricted i believe but still only the 113mph clocks. Seats were generally tacky and i really didnt like the bloke. Took a load of persuading just to get a test drive, and then only he drove it! But still the engine sounded ok to me.

 

Rob - the reason it is reading -7 to +7 is Jspec clocks reading in pressure mmHg.

 

But it sound like a shed.
