heard on the radio today that nurses are having to move some patients beds towards mecca 5 times a day to pray

ffs when i was in hospital it took them all their time to give me my painkillers

now im not trying to rock the boat or insight any hatred as i know that faith is important to some but surely the solution would be to put the beds facing mecca in the 1st place and also im not knocking nurses they do a fantastic job ( my lass used to be one ) but im sure that whilst they are doing this other patients are being neglected

its a mad mad world innit

oh *****x to it, i was gonna be all diplomatic but feck it, this is frickin ridiculous, surely it should be about getting them well and all time should be spent on this not the bed moving.

If they want to be that way let the farkers do it make their own way to mecca, I never liked bingo anyway

as long as they ask nicely and the nurses arent tending to anything more important, cant see the harm in it personally, some people are very devout in their faith and if it comforts them when they are ill , why not?

Exactly, they should personally pay for someone to come in who is not a nurse to move them if they want to be moved.

Your not wrong, but in 20 years time it wont matter because there wont be room for anyone as if you do some math there will be double the amount of people in this country. There have been an estimated 150000 imigrants comming into this country and staying over teh past 10 years. Many are now having children in another 10 years time there will be dounle the number there are now. Add that to the original populas and its double what we have now. where are they all going to go thats what i want to know.
