what exactly do i need to do this do i need to upgrade anything else.

Do the PCV valves AND hoses either before or at the same time!

do what to them, change them, take them off or what. i'm not sure on stuff like this i took 1 look at them and thought woah.

replace them. Restores crankcase pressures to normal levels and minimises the risk of turbo rear seal failure.....

well i've spoke to andyduff and he said as long as i replace the pcv valve pipes they should be fine, I aint got any smoke and its runnin absoloutly spot on so i cant see the problem really
