When my mrs was in America she lost her bag and money and cards etc so she made a couple of reverse charge calls to my home number.
Now I knew these wouldnt be cheap but bloody hell!

thats £4.06 per min on average!
I have moved my phone service to toucan and this is my last BT bill.
So it looks like the US operator must have charged about $30 per connection
Any way I can dispute this / refuse to pay?
I have tried to call Bt customer services and so far been on hold for 33min.
Maybe i should charge them £4 a min!
