Hi guys, I know I've posted about this problem in the advice section but wanted to see if there is anyone local that is able to help/advise:

Basically I've got a code 45: Injector leak problem but have no idea how to fix it! Is there anyone local to Reading that might be able to lend a hand or suggest a good garage that isn't going to rip my arms off??

Thanks in advance!!

Hi mate,

have you thought about checking the injector pipes and making them secure and air tight? Are they split / cracked at start / termination?

I'm sure i have downloaded an FAQ on injector upgrading which will help, but try looking at these url's;

Btw... NEVER go to Nissan, esp' the one down the road in Rose Kiln Lane.

Most things you can fix yourself with a little time and effort.

Cheers for the links. I will have a look when I get home but my main problem is that I'm limited in technical knowledge and know-how.....will let you know how I get on but in case I need a helping hand, are you fairly local? PM me if you think you can help....need all the help I can get I think!! Slightly worries... :cry:

Cheers...

Right then ... I've had a read of the writeups and to be fair I'm willing to have a go BUT....would really REALLY prefer to have someone that knows what they're doing lend a hand...SO...any takers?

I'd be willing to provide refreshments and payment if asked for...! Just really want to get the car back to good health!

Can anyone please help?? :cry:

im in oxford but would pop over to you at the weekend if you want, ive had my plenum off loads now and kind of used to doing it,

That would be fantastic and don't mean to sound ungrateful but I'm all booked up this weekend!! Would you be able to do the weekend after by any chance (3/11/07)??

In the meantime is there anything I can do to speed up the process on the day? i.e. specific toolsm, etc? The car is sitting on my driveway at the moment so would be an 'outdoor experience' unfortunately!

REALLY appreciate this!! THANKYOU! :hyper:
