What I'd give for a 360 and copy of Halo3! An opportunity to relive my carefree student days! I would almost consider swapping my zed for it were it not for the fact I still have a spare kidney! :cry:

I have a 26" rear projection and i tried gears of war on my friends 46" sony bravia, the graphics were stunning to say the least!!!!

Going to order my Halo in blockbuster for tomorrow its £35 today i think!!

aye my xbox 360 loan went t1ts up so i had to go out and buy one LOL so i'm running the elite on HD and 7.1 sound and i must admit its pretty good :) been playing gears of war and its pretty good, i have to be honest its not as good as the ps3, sound, graphics and just the game play are much better, and warhawk is amazing but hey you cant get halo 3 on the ps3 so lifes a bitch ;)

 

i wont be queing up to get it at midnight so will pop down to blockbusters tomorrow to pick one up :)

Getting mine tonight from Argos, they had both an elite and Halo 3 in stock for pickup later !!!

picked it up from blockbuster as its only £35 from there ;)

I bought it yesterday really excited the best game for xbox 360 and after about 3 hours i was bored and went back to guitar heroes 2

 

Graphics are alright, but not a patch on gears of war

 

Gameplay is alright, but again just didn't hook me as much as gears

agree mr bunny :) but its still an awsome game just shows how good games are on 360

not really a Halo fan. Couldnt really get into Halo 2 so wont be buying 3. maybe i just dont like that genre. Gears of War didnt really make an impact on me either.

 

The one i am waiting on for the 360 is GTA4!!!!

What real races or Forza?

 

Once i get this coolant hoses sorted i will be happy that my car is almost 100% bob on.

 

Forza wise, i havent played it much recently but have a pretty quiet weekend coming up so might get it out then.

Halo appeals to me more in the sense of playability as I was first introduced to it through the xbox link up whilst at uni.....4xboxs, 4rooms, 4tvs and 16 bums running around blood gulch sniping and melee attacking their way to glory...

 

I often found myself seconds away from taking the winning shot only to be told that I'd just been killed by 'my mum'!

 

Another game I love is of course PES...not sure if the new one is coming out on 360 tho...would be gutted if it didn't....

It has arrived, had a quick go with the new rgb cable and it looks good but so far nothing new. Will go online later.
