why is it that when i play youtube clips it keeps freezing and is taking ages to start a clip, if never used to do this but has recently started doing so, also my laptop has started to run slow, an AOL autofix keeps starting then stops saying it canot continue, the auto fix has only popped up a few time's and not just when i play youtube clips

 

any help please
