Claim

As part of my insurance claim, I am claiming for whiplash. The letter I have from my insurance's legal team, Fisher Solicitors, suggest if it affects me for a month I can only claim £400?! I thought whiplash received a higher payout than that?

its a load of shite mate, tell them you want to see an independant wiplash doctor and they will have to pay, usually £1200 is the usual wiplash payout, at the end of the day they are claiming it from the other company

Its a right pain in the arse. I have been warned off all of my hobbies. Would my claim be increased because of the arm, hand, shoulder and scapila injury?

probably, just phone them and demand more, dont take what they tell you, you tell them, be stern, tell them you will take £1200 without going to an independant doctor and physio, they usually agree and make you sign a disclaimer saying that if you have any injuries later in life they are not responsible
