high Idle

A few weeks ago there was a thread about High idle speed on car converted from Auto to Manual. It was mentioned that one of the pins on the ECU needed to be Earthed to ensure the ECU recieves the correct TPS signal.

 

I've been ask by a friend about this, but i can't find the thread and beleive me I have been trying but to no avail.

    I can very rarely get what I want from the search Andy. It's my techno phobia I don't know how to talk the language. So garbage in and garbage out.

     

    LOL was only in jest ;) The reason you couldn't find it was you were probably searching for TPS rather than NEUTRAL as I did, since I knew it was grounding the neutral pin that you were meaning ;)
