just made a lovely indian curry, got the recipie from a friend who has indian family

INGREDIANTS

4 chicken breast's (chopped into large chunks, or how you like them)

2 TBSPN of curry powder

half a TSPN chilli, paprika, garlic salt, nutmeg, mixed spice, celery salt

2 large onions chopped

1/2 lB mushrooms sliced

tin cook in sauce (homepride curry sauce)

raisins

large apple (chopped)

1 TBSPN tomato puree

green pepper (chopped)

METHOD

fry chicken in a wok for about 5 mins

put all other ingridients in a casserole pot add a pint of water and a TBSPN of flour, stir it up and stick it in the oven on 180 degrees (thats electric, not sure what the gas mark will be) for 1 hour, stir it up half way through, switch oven off and leave it in oven to cool down

its best to leave it over night to let all the juices soak into the chicken

this will serve about about 4 people, and will be plenty on the plates, you can add any kind of rice you like

EDITED DUE TO SOME ADDED METHOD

i hope you like, it is very nice and fun to make

if your adding cocunut milk and pinneapple thats called a thai ;) not used in proper indian cooking in most cases
