yeah i know a bit alright

worked on cars for long enough

having a problem with this though

want to put in a meter to take speed restrictor out so i got the apexi rsm meter

but the wiring diagram i got off there site does not match the car even though it is a vg30 ecu i looked up

Unfortunately I`m not able to help you there , but in the mornin` watch out for all the advice LOL . In the meantime , click on " Search " at the top right of the page . Good luck , bud . :)

I'm not sure I understand the problem fully, but the wire I needed to use when removing the speed limiter from mine was from pin 53 (yellow/green). I had to cut the wire and have it pass through the HKS SLD box I had instead.

messing around with electronic gadgetry to lift the speed limiter is a bit of a waste of time, money and effort. Just take it along to the likes of John Dixon or AndyP and have one of their chips fitted, then increase the boost, then have fun, then realise the brakes aint worth a damn :p

i reckon i have problem sorted

does anyone have the ecu harness guide off hand just incase i get it wrong

i swapped my silvia for this zed and am well pleased i did

 

does the rad caps give trouble on these as i have small leak from the rad but i reckon it is the cap

 

another thing i noticed yesteray is when i go over 60mph i can hear a beeping sound
