Hi all i need a bit of advise i sold my drum kit on ebay the reserve was met and the winning bidder contacted me to confirm bid,price and collection witch was aranged for sunday morning he also said he wond leave a deposit as he didnt have pay pal but he was bringing to total sum in cash! sunday morn came i text him to make sure he had the right address i dint hear back for a little while then i had a message saying he could get a similar kit the same price then offered me a huge amount less then his winning bid. thats the last i have heard from this w@nker is there anything i can do what is the next step cheers

dont arse around with people like this. just report non payment, claim you fees back and leave him neg feedback. he won the bid, thats his problem not yours. i would txt him saying that as well. either pay up or expect neg feedback and being reported. :nono:

UNFORTUNATELY IF THE GUY DOESN’T WANT TO PAY UP THERE IS NOTHING AT ALL YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. #Bloody caps lock

 

Just leave him negative feedback and re-list the item.
