Just got back. It was great! :dance:

 

And the weather report turned out to be pretty inaccurate with only a couple of short, but heavy, showers while I was there. The 2nd one led to a big crash with a Jaguar XKR putting a wheel on the grass, hitting the straw bails and continuing to spin, removing quite a bit of bodywork from both ends.

 

Standing just up from the start line and seeing the speed the F1 cars were getting up to and hearing the noise they were making was superb. :bow:

 

I imagine it will be even better later in the weekend when more of them are going for it. There was some expensive machinery out there and a lot of it was being treated quite carefully! The Veyron sadly wasn't trying very hard, but it still looked nice. :)
