i know a guy who works in sunderland civic centre, he is some sort of head of department for road works

 

his office was away from the actual civic centre (office block a few miles away) until recently he was transferred to the main civic centre

 

he hates anyone having any money and thinks that we should all be paying more tax, using more public transport and so on (you get the idea) hence the name jonny the red (his name is actually jonny lol)

 

anyway, the cheeky coont has moaned so much that he now has to pay to park his car in a public car park that the civic centre (or the bosses of) have given him a highways maintenence works van so he can park it outside of the office's on the double yellows and not get a parking fine and get free parking

 

now the real piss take, he is on holiday this week and the highways agency van is just sitting outside his house doing nowt, well untill he goes shopping, he brags that he can now pull up right outside shopping centres and do his shopping and get free parking and be close to the entrance

 

i think an email complaint to the civic is in order, or may just visit the place, its a fookin piss take, he hates anyone having anything but has it all himself

 

any ideas on what course of action i should take, cause IMHO he shouldnt be getting the use of a van just for free parking, it must cost a fortune

he would just get a digger to come and move it and get his drive repayed for nowt lol (the cheeky fooker him lol.)

guy sounds like an bit of a :xxx: how about an anonymous phone call to his boss and his bosses boss explaining how he braggs about it and uses it to park outside the shopping centres etc then threaten to go to the papers. just an idea :D

its not just the bragging, i dont think he should be given it anyway, i may just tell his workmates
