Woohoo! Just managed 343 miles on a tank - from full to fuel light flickering. That was including some bad behaviour and horrendous bankhol traffic jams on M5/M6 but mostly cruising at 70/75 mph.

 

Mods include bicycle wheels off my sister's raleigh eighteen (two sets), dual fuel solar/propane, a large sail (helped by a tail wind), Vauxhall Viva exhaust (anybody want one fabricating?? - no? thought not!), plenty of axel grease on the brakes and all seats/carpets removed (I have a splinter in my a*se from the orange boxes we were sitting on)

I managed 360 last month and still had a few gas particles spare. Mods included loads of squashed flies in all the holes to improve aerodynamics and 30kg of speakers in the boot

to lower the rear of the car

I managed about 340 ONCE lol and that was a constant run between Frankfurt and Munich.

 

But i cant get near that over here. Best has been about 300.

Based on a fuel price of 73.9p per litre you are doing 30.5 mpg thats pretty bloody good id say!
