F1 has gone so cr@p i cant watch it these days without going into a coma

First one I bothered to watch this year, was disappointed that Hamilton didn't win though. It's almost like we expect him to .... lol

IMO its been much better this season. monaco will always be and always has been about overtaking in the pits.

its better this year but monaco is always the same,, i remember mansell trying to pass senna for 15 laps and couldnt ,its the fooking track

F1 is great, & very close this year & Lewis Hamilton is a breath of fresh air, awsome performance his 1st 5 races & podiums in all of them !!!!!!!!!

dont understand how he made such a big deal about senna when schuey must go down as the best driver in recent times, my age group grew up with the great senna, theres no getting away with it senna is and always will be one of the greatest but statistics say it all. schey must go down in history as the finest..... if this hamilton can pull this off in his first season though and get a few lucky breaks against his team mate who in my eyes is also one of the greats (time will tell!) he could well be up there with the likes of these drivers sooner rather than later. Thinking back when schuey started he drove for benny's and started half way through a season and was just missing out on the podium.. this guy of ours hasnt been off a podium yet!! great to see a great british driver earn the respect from other drivers instead of all hype and no product such as the likes of when button came into f1.

senna was brilliant and i think cause of him dieing that makes him the best in a lot of peoples eyes, like 2pac when he was alive he didnt sell may records as soon as he dies he's the best ever rapper and sell songs by the truck load. as for schuey in my eyes he is the best he gets so much stick for what he did to hill and jack V but he came up in the times when ramming each other off the track and contact was part off F1 i dont here anyone calling senna a cheat for ramming prost off the grid start to take the title . all IMO

glad to see there still a few f1 nuts around ive bin an f1 nut for as long as i can remember !! was at silverstone 1992 to see mansell win there ,,and see sennas gearbox let him down ,,

 

althought he was never going to catch the williams , and schumacher finished behind martin brundell in the benetton , no matter how hard he tried he couldnt get past the old fox !!!

 

if im honest i still belive senna was a better driver than micheal schumacher ,ok so senna did win as much as schumacher , but theres an obvious reason for that , i still think if senna was around today he would be king ! over schumacher ,

 

but you cant take away what schumacher has done , , just glad to see that this year its better than it has been for a very long while , true lewis is a breath of fresh air ive watched him from karting days and all of gp2 last year , reminded me a little of mansell ,

 

coulthard is fired up this season also some great performances , and we have a total of 4 brits in f1 , just a little gutted about hondas performance, ! i think the team aguri honda is more honda than the so called honda team ! dont give up jenson

I agree spot on also i thought Nigel Mansell ( the Lionheart ) was a great, great driver with loads off bottle !!

Have you heard the news, FIA are going to investigate mclarens win at monaco (probably because ferrari didnt win).

 

IMO senna will always be the best, when he died, schmacher was in 2nd place and he'll always stay there. Yes hes done amazing things and won loads of races, but he has had the best car on the track. Massa wasnt amazing a few years ago but now he is (as hes in a ferrari), barrichello was great at ferrari (he could have been better then schmacher but he always had to stay in 2nd place) and now you never see him.

You could put albers in a mclaren or a ferrari and he'd probably be in 1st 2nd or 3rd every race.

Its not like the olden days where the drivers actually had some skill, its all down to what car your in.

The only way your going to tell whos the best is if you put everyone in the same car, but thats never gonna happen.

Thats my opinion.

arhh its closer to the olden days than what it was when williams ran the show!! a few months after mansell ran his last race... renault drove a car around a track without a driver!!! you might not believe this but its very true.

the cars were that electronically advance you didnt need a driver. therefore they changed the rules

now thats not takinf f*ckall away from a very underated driver (mansell) coz he left f1 and went to the states and won his first year!! so the guy was a great driver.

a car is a car over the last two seasons they have tried to bring the performance between cars closer, reliability mmm dif' story!!!

and what you said about honda's i cant believe that they could build over 100,000 v-tec engines and not one have a mechanical fault but ask them to build a f1 engine and coff coff

 

thats all folks stepping off that soap box its getting slippy on here especially after cider!!
